NATALIE CALDWELL - KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER WA/SA/NT/EXPORTS

Natalie has a Bachelor of Behavioural Science and Graduate Diploma in Laboratory Medicine, with over a decade’s experience in the transfusion sector. Natalie has been with the Immulab group since 2015, where she was the go-to person for all things genotyping. Now based in Perth, her favourite thing to do at work is to train people on the NEO and Echo analysers. She has trained scientists across Australia and in New Zealand in both the donor and patient settings, as well as teaching institutes. As she is currently living near the Swan River, she’s often there in the hope of spotting some dolphins, or hanging at home with her cats.
